Booking terms and conditions

All payments for registration must be made prior to the commencement of the conference. We reserve the right to cancel your presentation if the payment is not received.

Accommodation payments, cancellations and changes are subject to the requirements of the hotel. Accommodation charges include breakfast, but do include any government taxes (€1,01 day). Delegates are responsible for all incidental charges payable to the hotel on departure. In the case of a 'no show', all payments due for registration, social events, accommodation or any associated fees will still need to be settled by the registrant after the event.

Trojina reserves the right to alter any published program. The right is reserved to cancel or change itineraries or substitute services without notice. In most instances, comprehensive papers are provided by the speakers, however, Trojina is unable to take responsibility for papers not provided.

Trojina assumes no liability whatsoever for injury, damage, loss, accident or delay to persons or property other than to the minimum extent required by law. In view of statutory or contractual limitations that may apply to personal injury or property damage and loss, the purchase of accident, baggage & travel insurance is strongly recommended. Trojina collects and stores personal information in a manner consistent with national privacy legislation (Zakon o varovanju osebnih podatkov).

Transfer from the airport to the venue
The conference organiser will publish the transport possibilities on the conference website, but the participants should make their own arrangements and reservations getting from the airport to the venue.

Access Requirements
If you have any special access requirements (such as wheelchair access), then please contact us when you register so we can do our best to accommodate you on the day.

Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations received before 3rd October 2011 will be refunded in full, minus the cost of a €30 processing fee. Cancellations received between 3rd October and 25th October will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the registration costs. NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellations received after 25th October 2011. All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail, or regular mail to the conference organisers (for contact details, see Contact us section of the eLEX2011 website).

Transfers of places
You may transfer your place to a friend or colleague (but not if he/she is presenting a paper at the conference and you are no a co-author of the paper) without. If you wish to do so, you must notify us at least a month before the start of the conference. No transfers can be issued for places that are cancelled less than 1 month before the event. All requests must be made in writing.

Photography and quotes
You grant us the right to use any photographs or videorecordings taken, or any quotes given during the conference on our feedback forms for the marketing of future events. If you require any further clarification of these terms, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
